My college days are unforgettable and in fact, those days are the happiest & fruitful days in my life. I proudly feel that I cherished every moment of my college. Being a student of CDSH make me feel proud. My experience in both BDS and MDS was just amazing. I got infinite love & lessons from my teachers, their teachers made me do “Work Hard” for the way to success. Miss those days of my college. Just want to thank the wonderful faculty of CDSH. I Dr. Pradeepta Kaushal got admission in CDSH in the year 2008 and completed my graduation and House surgeonship in the year 2014 and post graduation in the year 2015. It is a great honor and pleasure to work as a senior lecturer in CDSH. This is one of the leading Dental colleges in Madhya Pradesh. The high-class Dental clinics with modern equipment and instruments, pre clinical labs with e-library with latest books and journals and home friendly enviornment make me to groom my personality as a confident doctor with good communication and work skills. The excellent teaching staff and infrastructure with extra circular activities provides an excellent platform for overall personality development and keep the enthusiasm of student up. Thus, I can say that CDSH is the place where you get the knowledge to serve the community by good treatment modalities.

Our college provides excellent and qualified faculties. It aims at the overall development of each and every student. As said by Mahatma Gandhi-Practical knowledge is very important and our college conducts each and every practical very skillfully and efficiently. As it is said a healthy mind develops in a healthy environment, our college provides a very friendly environment which helps in the overall development of the student.

First of all congratulations and warm wishes to all the students, staff and faculty, our college has successfully completed 20years. I am a proud student from 2004 batch and would like to thank all my professors who laid the foundation of clinical understanding and imbibing strong ethics of constant learning and exceeding patient care. Due to these attributes, I was able to clear Overseas Registration Exam (ORE) and License in Dental Surgery (LDS) from Royal College of Surgeons, London, UK. Completed my masters in Restorative and Aesthetic dentistry and now work for National Health Services (NHS), UK. I believe in being a student for life and strive to offer the best possible services by putting patient’s interest first. I am also very happy and proud to mention that all my batch mates are doing great in their career, I reassure the students that they are in good hands and have a bright future ahead.

I was a BDS student in this temple of knowledge known as College of Dental Science and Hospital, Rau, Indore. I was the first batch student of this esteemed institute. This institute has given a lot to me. Those precious years were the most important years of my life. They gave me the strength to face life’s challenges, the opportunity to explore new things and courage to choose a profession so noble. My college life was filled with fun and enjoyment. Apart from this fun filled life, I was lucky to get knowledge from great teachers of this institute like Dr. H.C Neema sir. It’s because of Dr. Amit Nirwan sir, I got inspired to choose Oral and Maxillofacial surgery as my profession for life. In totality, whatever I am today the credit goes to this wonderful institute which has not only developed me professionally but also has ameliorated my personality. My journey has begun as a Dental student at CDSH and it leads me to where I am today. My dental education at CDSH was distinctive. I had lots of didactic and hands-on experience in the clinics which still give me a lot of confidence. After my graduation, constant support from my peers and faculty played a huge role in my career path. I graduated in 2009 and worked as a faculty for one year at CDSH then moved to the USA and did my post-graduation in Master of Public Health in addition to Graduate Certificates in Epidemiology and Community Health Education. During my course of study, I worked for the Illinois Department of Public Health on the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) projects alongside CDC associates. The experience I gained in India at CDSH and from the support of the faculties I was able to get admission for my Masters in the USA and I was able to sculpt my career path. I am practicing Public Health and Jurisprudence in Dental settings as a Clinical Compliance Manager in one of the Corporate Dental Clinic and heading towards other bigger dental ventures to practice dentistry in North America. Dental education at CDSH is unmatched; Though I did not follow a typical clinical dentistry path however many of my batch mates open their practice after graduation and they are very successful today. I spend my time in CDSH as a student and as a faulty, I have seen both the sides and I can firmly say that joining CDSH is one of the best decision of my life.

Very few people are blessed to get a chance to built up a great foundation for budding future aspirants from such a great institution, where they themselves have grown up to achieve their own heights today.

CDSH is my second home, and I am proud to be an alumini and now a staff in such a homely institute, which has been a part of my growth always.

In this era of blooming dental colleges and of course dental graduates too ………. it’s only ur institute’s professionalism that can give u a distinct edge over others. And that’s what makes CDSH unique. CDSH is a place where you can find an amalgamation of learning, fun, culture, lore, literature and many such life preaching activities. Feels so good to be a part of such a prestigious institute.

It is truly said that-“Graduation is not the end it’s the beginning”.. and my journey started after completing BDS from CDSH Rau. The journey became successful all because of the endless effort the institution did in bringing out an artist that was hidden inside us. I express my deep gratitude and heartful thanks to Head’s of various departments and the faculty, for their valuable contribution, guidance, and encouragement in all the aspects.

I am really thankful to CDSH Indore for giving me opportunity to do BDS from the institute. it was and is still maintaining the high standards of education in dental field. We had the best bunch of teachers who were helping supportive and rather making us focused for the curriculum. It was not just studies but extracurricular activities also with cultural events that helped in over all grooming. Good OPD, ample patients and satellite clinics gave us all the exposure to be a good dental surgeon. I am proudly alumni of this institute and give all the best wishes for many more flourishing years to my peer college.

I Dr. Esha Verma is a proud alumni of College of Dental Science and Hospital, Rau. I did my graduation from CDSH. When I was undergraduate student of this college Periodontics was always my subject of interest and so always dreamed of joining the department of Periodontics as faculty and be on the other side of the table as a teacher and impart my knowledge to the students. It’s a great honor to be working since last 8 years and to be affiliated with few of my teachers who are still with the institute. It’s a dream come true that the institute which initiated me to the dentistry, I am rendering my services as a faculty to my parent institution.
